Payroll Administration

Comprehensive payroll processing, including salary disbursements, electronic transfers, garnishee orders, and statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, Skills Development Levy, Workmen’s Compensation Contributions, and Regional Council Levies). Issuance of IRP5 and IT3 certificates annually, along with regular National Industrial Council reports. Submission of weekly or monthly timesheets, with VAT-compliant invoices sent promptly to facilitate efficient payment processing. Direct EFT payments to employees on designated pay dates.

Consulting and HR Support

Experienced labour practitioners available to assist with CCMA cases, disciplinary hearings, union negotiations, and compliance with labour laws. Expertise in managing statutory deductions, third-party payments, and regulatory submissions (EMP 201, UIF, and Workmen’s Compensation Fund). Comprehensive record-keeping and payroll functions supported by Sage Payroll software. In-depth understanding of labour legislation, ensuring compliance with the Labour Relations Act. Support for ISO 9001:2015 quality management and food safety standards, along with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provision. In the event of workforce unionization, we will lead negotiations with union representatives and work towards a fair wage settlement. All disciplinary procedures are managed by our legal team to ensure compliance and consistency with employment laws.
